こんにちは南仙台の父（hrperficio）です。今回は野球についての話題です。私は野球に詳しくないのですが、プロ野球などではリクエスト制度が導入されていて、ジャッジの公正化を目的に様々な競技にも拡がっています。高校野球ではまだリクエスト制度が導入されておらず、導入に対する反対論も根強くあるようです。国際試合などもあるので、そういった場合での対応なども今後は重要にはなってきますが、まだまだ教育の名のもとに保守的な空気が流れています。さて、高校野球でもリクエスト制度が導入されることはあるのでしょうか。写真は鑑定の結果となります。左側が結果、右側が環境条件となります。まず結果ですが、皇帝のカードの正位置が出ています。皇帝のカードの正位置は支配や安定、権威や意志、防御や名誉といった意味があります。おそらくしばらくの間はリクエスト制度に限らず様々な取組みの導入は難しいことを意味します。皇帝のカードは男性という意味だけでなく、文字通り権威や権力を示すものなので、国際的な潮流には関係なく考え方を変えることはないようです。もちろん、国際的にはリクエスト制度も含めて様々な対応が進んでいきますが、かつて柔道がそうだったように今は柔道というよりも「Judo」として競技が成立しています。国際化によって道着のカラーも変わったりしました。野球の世界でもまだまだ保守的な力は強く、しばらくはガラパゴス化していくことを意味しています。次に環境条件ですが、教皇のカードの正位置が出ています。教皇のカードの正位置は連帯や協調、法令や規律、社会性といった意味があります。たぶんこの流れを変えるのはここでも外圧となりそう

♧♧【２つの違和感】-その１ ♦最近、 「なんか違うんじゃあないかなあ？」　と感じる事がある。 ♥ひとつは、【教育】について。 やたらと、 ⅰ.「自分たちで考えて、やってみよう！」 　　　　　とか、 ⅱ.「先生は、何も言わないよ。いつも見ているよ。 何かあったら、サポートするから。」で、 ♠ちょっと、「間違った所を見てるよ！？」が、あったりなかったりとか？（笑） ⅰ.「自分たちで考えて、やってみよう！」 わたしは、怒られるのを覚悟で、 どう聞いても、教育放棄的な気分になってしょうがない。 ・・・・・・・・ ♧わたしは、ざっくり【人生80年】として、 個人差はあるにせよ、こんな考え方を持っている。 ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: ・第1期- 0-20才頃まで-【学習優先期間】 ・いろんなものを先ず吸収して、理解し、 統合合併、ハイブリット化して、そしてオリジナルを作る。 （武道で言う所の【守】【破】【離】の【守】の時代だ！） ・この期間は、技を「盗み取る」？→失礼、「習得する」までは、 忍耐が必要な気がする ・第2期- 20-40才頃まで-【運動優先期間】 ・この時期は、どなたも、もっとも肉体的に全盛期だと思うので、 思いっ切り体を優先的に動かして、輝こう！ ■「女性-ピチピチ、男性-バリバリ期」■ ・女性なんか！弾けんばかりのピチピチの時期ではないだろうか？ ・男性は、バリバリ働いて未来を貯めよう？ 最高のテストステロンが放出される時期なので、 何でもいいから、攻撃的に？ ●「限界に挑戦しよう!!」 の勢いでいたいものだ。 ・第3期-40-60才

中学３年生の息子。受験生である。中学１年生の娘。まずは，受験生の息子から。受験生なのに，なぜこんなにも勉強というものに焦りがないのか。計画的に勉強をするという様子も見えなかった。親に声をかけられたら，勉強する。だけ。提出課題だけはクリアしたようだったが，果たして受験生の夏休みはこんな内容でよかったのか…。自分のときはどうだった？と振り返ってみても思い出せない。そして，中学１年の娘。部活を楽しみにしていたようだが，熱中症対策のため，警戒アラートがでたら活動なしという毎日。発熱で１週間寝込んだこともあった。グズグズと過ごし，夏休み最終日まで提出課題に明け暮れた。どちらにも言えることは，自主性・計画性がないということ。子供たちにとって，後悔のない夏休みだったのかどうか。夏休みの楽しみにと，プチ旅行も計画していたのだが，娘の発熱で中止。近場でのショッピングへ日を改めておでかけ。お盆もお墓参りをしっかりして終わり。青夏ってすごく密なので。密に過ごせたかな？？夏の甲子園，高校野球が終わったら秋の訪れ。決勝戦を戦ったチームの両監督の言葉には感動すら覚えました。その言葉と，高校生のときに出会いたかったです。決して自分の恩師どうこうというわけではないですが，とてもいい言葉過ぎてそんな感情になりました。大人になった自分にも響く部分はあり，感動の他にも，いろいろな感情を感じることができた高校野球でした。ホントに中学生でも大学生でもない，高校生って何か特別な感じがします。この濃密な３年間を我が子供たちにも味わってもらうべく，まずは，自分の志望校で高校生活をスタートしてもらいたい。母は，誰よりも君たちを

皆様いつもありがとうございます。 夏の高校野球が終わりました。 なんか、本当に 「高校野球ロス！」 って気分です。 一球一球に全力で プレーし 投球し 打って 守って 励まし合って 試合終了後の あの涙が・・・！ こんなにも心を熱くさせる スポーツ 良いもんですね！！ そこで、今回は、 新たな高校野球の時代が やってきたことを 感じさせられた。 第１０５回夏の甲子園で8月23日、 107年ぶりに 栄冠をつかみ取った慶応は 「エンジョイ・ベースボール」 を掲げて躍動した。 目指したテーマは 「常識を覆す」こと。 高校野球を巡る 固定観念を変えようと挑み続け、 日本一の座にたどり着いた。 慶応は、 髪型自由や選手主導のチーム作りなど、 古くからの“高校野球の常識”に 異を唱えるスタイルが 注目を集めてきた。 ネットでは 「同校の声援がうるさい」 ことに加え、 「丸刈りではない」 「日焼け対策をしている」 「高校野球らしくない」など、 さまざまな声があがっていたが、 それらをはねのけての 勝因はどこにあったのか？ 1.慶応の森林貴彦監督が明かしていた熱い思いとは・・・！ 慶応の森林貴彦監督（50）は 「多くの方々に応援されて、 支えてもらって、 きょうの結果がある」 と感無量の様子。 その目には、光るものがあった。 「他の競技の方と交流することで、 高校野球の異質な部分、 高校野球の世界では 常識でも社会的に見れば 非常識なことがあぶり出されてきた。 なぜ強制的に 丸坊主の学校があるのか？ スポーツマンシップを 学ぶ場でもあるはずなのに、 公然とサイン盗みのようなことが 行われている

皆さん、こんにちは moxcomoco116です(#^.^#) 今日は8時半から甲子園をテレビに噛り付いて観ております。 私の地元、青森県八戸市から光星高校が出ているのですが、なんと対戦相手が秋田の明桜高校！！ 今まで決勝まで行きながら優勝を逃してしまっている光星には、宗元監督の代で悲願の優勝を果たしてほしい！ がしかし、実母の地元の秋田の明桜高校にも、同じ東北人としては、是非とも頑張って頂きたい！ ああああああああああああ、トイレに行く暇すら勿体ない。 WBCと甲子園だけは1回でも負けたら終わりということで、毎回、食いついて応援させて頂いております。 4回でまだ０－０。 そろそろ点が欲しいところです。 お互いエラーがあったり、まだ場の雰囲気に呑まれているのか、あのいつもニコニコの宗元監督の下唇が出て ㇺッとしているではないかぁぁ。 しかも、何が今日は落ち着かないかというと、 この後、夕方、宮城の仙台育英と福島の聖光が対決という。。。東北人にとっては 『なんて日だっっ！！誰だ、こんなくじ引いたの』と言いたくなってしまうほど、 複雑な心境の日でございます。 どっちが勝っても2校が消えてしまう・・・(;´Д｀) あうううううううううう。 おっ！やった！！やっと2点光星に入ったぞ！やっと、チャンスを活かせたわ！ しかし、まだ高校生。最後の最後までどっちが勝ってもおかしくない、終わるまではヒヤヒヤドキドキしながら 見ています。 こんな暑い中で、毎年何人も足が攣るくらいの状況で、よくこんなに頑張ってくれていると 本当に、選手たちには、毎年、感動をありがとう！という気持ちで応援しております

皆様いつもありがとうございます。 今回は、 8月9日って何の日？ についてです。1.8月9日は何の日？ 8月9日は？ 野球の日 スポーツ用品メーカー ミズノの直営店 エスポートミズノ （現：MIZUNO TOKYO） が制定。 同店の公募で決定した 「スポーツ記念日」 の一つ。 日付は 「や（8）きゅう（9）」 （野球） と読む語呂合わせと、 高校野球の期間中で 野球に対する関心が高まる 季節であることから。 野球のさらなる発展が目的。 記念日は 一般社団法人・日本記念日協会 により認定・登録された。 MIZUNO TOKYOは、 東京都千代田区神田小川町にある ミズノの フラッグシップショップ（旗艦店）で、 野球やゴルフ、陸上競技、 フットボール、ラグビー、 バレーボール、水泳、 テニス、バドミントン、 卓球、柔道、アウトドアなど 数多くのジャンルの商品を取り揃える。 2.野球ってなぜ？「やきゅう」っていうの？ 「野球（やきゅう）」は、 英語のベースボール（baseball） を指すが、 「野球」という言葉は、 明治時代に日本で 中馬庚 （ちゅうまん かなえ、1870～1932年） が作った和製漢語で、 「Ball in the field」 という言葉をもとに 「野球」 とした。 中馬庚は、 教育者・元野球選手で、 テニスは庭でするので「庭球」、 ベースボールは野原でするので 「野球」と説明した。 日本では 「ショート」 とも呼ばれる 「遊撃手（ゆうげきしゅ）」 の名称も 中馬庚が最初に訳語を 作ったとされる。 遊撃手は 英語では ショート・ストップ（shortstop）

皆様いつもありがとうございます。 今回のテーマは、 「高校野球」 についてです。 全国高等学校 野球選手権記念大会 （主催：朝日新聞社、 日本高等学校野球連盟） 2023年8月6日（日）から 17日間 兵庫県西宮市の 阪神甲子園球場で 開催されます。 ここで気になったことが、 1.なぜ？甲子園って言うのか？甲子園球場の名前の由来は 完成した大正13年8月1日が 十干と十二支の それぞれ最初にあたる 「甲」と「子」が 60年ぶりに重なる 「甲子（きのえね）」 となっていたことに 由来します。 2.春と夏の違いは？ 春の甲子園は、 最初に 組み合わせ抽選が行われ、 トーナメント形式で 試合が進んでいきます。 夏の甲子園は、 すべての試合で 組み合わせ抽選が行われます。 そのため、 次の対戦相手が どの学校になるか？ 予想ができず、 選手はもちろん 観客も ドキドキしてしまいます！ 3.高校野球の魅力って？ 「高校野球」 なぜか？ 惹きつけられるものが ありませんか？ 私もその一人！ 応援したくなるし、 プレーを観たくなる！ どうしてなんでしょうか？ 私なりに考えてみました。 高校野球は、 高校球児たちが 熱狂的な情熱をもって競い合う、 非常に魅力的な スポーツイベントです。 日本国内で 広く親しまれており、 その独特の雰囲気と 感動的な瞬間は、 多くの人々に楽しさを 提供しています。 高校野球の魅力を いくつかご紹介しましょう！ 熱戦の舞台高校野球は、その戦術の駆け引きやプレーヤーたちの情熱的なプレーが試合に織り交ぜられるため、非常に熱い試合が繰り広げられます。試合展開がどうなるか

どうも！パーソナルトレーナーの島袋です！！ここ最近だと小学生の野球チームに指導することもしばしば(^_-)-☆その中で、まぁ～練習前と練習後のケアがなされていないのが多いこと💦成長期にも入る時期ですので、より故障や怪我が多くなるリスクが高いので問題を感じます…。場合によっては小学生のうちから選手生命にかかわる怪我を患うこともあるのに。私的に怖さを感じますし、パーソナルトレーナーとしてお伝えしないといけない使命感を感じます！！タイトルにあるように大谷翔平選手だって身体のケアは念入りにやられているのをたびたびニュースでも拝見します。どうしてもピッチングだとかバッティングや走塁などに目が行きがちで注目してしまいますが大谷選手があれだけ二刀流で大活躍している裏側では、毎日の念入りなケアを行っているからこそだと私は感じます！！なぜそれだけケアをするのか？二刀流自体がそれだけ身体に負担がかかるからでしょう。1.大谷選手も故障した肘…手首にかかわる筋肉も肘に関係してるどんなにケアを頑張っても大谷選手ですら肘の故障で手術を余儀なくされました。大谷選手の肘に関わる靭帯の損傷でしたが他にも肘を痛める原因の中には、手首に関わる筋肉が原因ということもあったりします。それが上の写真、上の写真の筋肉は肘について手首の関節をこえてついており、こちらは手首を曲げるときに使います。なので手首の動きを酷使しすぎると結果として肘を痛めたりします。野球でも手首のスナップは投球時に必要なことなので、そうならないためにも手首に関わる筋肉のケアは欠かせません。一部一例です！！2.野球チームに実際に指導している内容を一部まと

センバツ高校野球で東北高校が見せたパフォーマンスが大きな反響を呼んでいます。同校の選手が初回に相手守備の失策で出塁した際、ガッツポーズをした後に一塁上で自軍ベンチに向かって、「ペッパーミル」パフォーマンスを行ったんですね。私は知りませんでしたが、この「ペッパーミル」パフォーマンスは、WBCで侍ジャパンのラーズ・ヌートバー選手が披露したもので、野球ファンのみならず、一大ブームを巻き起こしているそうです。なんでもこのパフォーマンスでは、打者自身がヒットやホームランを打つとペッパーミルで胡椒を挽くようなポーズをしますが、「小さなことからコツコツと継続して進んでいけば、良いことが起きる」という意味が込められているとのことです。東北高校の選手たちもこの流行に乗っかったわけですが、一塁塁審が東北ベンチに向かってパフォーマンスをやらないように注意しました。さらに試合後、日本高野連が「不要なパフォーマンスやジェスチャーは、従来より慎むようお願いしてきました。試合を楽しみたいという選手の気持ちは理解できますが、プレーで楽しんでほしい」と異例の声明を発表しています。これに対して東北高校の佐藤洋監督は、「これだけ野球界が盛り上がっているのに。なんでこんなことで子供たちが楽しんでいる野球を大人が止めるのかな。高野連にけんかを売るかもしれないですけど、日本中が盛り上がっているし、なんであれが駄目なの。駄目な理由を聞きたい」と述べました。佐藤監督は丸刈りを廃止し、練習中に音楽を流したり、ユニフォームを着なくてもいいとするなど、選手個々が考える新しい野球を提唱しています。そうした中、河野太郎デジタル担当大臣

高校野球について　高校野球の指導者を始めて、多くの情報や知識を得る中で感じたことがあります。”野球の楽しさを伝える指導を忘れてないかな？”という疑問です。高校野球は教育の一環ではありますが、野球というスポーツでもあります。野球を通じてフェアプレーや人間関係や礼儀、相手をリスペクトすることで人として成長できるのではないかと思います。　近年野球人口減少が問題となっております。原因の一つに、指導方法があります。・厳しすぎる練習・一方的な技術指導・暴言など．．．このようなことから野球を嫌いになり辞めてしまう．．．よく聞く話です。私も厳しい環境で育った一人ですが野球の楽しさを学べたのは社会人野球でした。もっと早く学べたら・・・と少し後悔してますが、今では野球を楽しむ方法を若い時から知ってほしくて指導してます。ちなみに、楽しむとはふざけて楽しいではなく、真剣にやった結果楽しい！と思える野球です。笑顔見せるな！とかいう指導者まだいますが、真剣にやった結果出る笑顔は素敵で最高だと思います。その笑顔を増やし、守るためこれからも指導していきます！

私のスマホではこれが限界ですが、満月を久しぶりに見ました（左上は☆です）子供の頃は月の模様までしっかり見えていたのに、視力が落ちた今は肉眼だとこのスマホ写真と同じぐらいにしか見えないのが残念。ところでこの前、夕方のニュースでとても感動的な特集が放映されていて。あと１勝で甲子園に行ける！と思っていたある野球部は地区予選の決勝前日にベンチ入り選手の半数以上がコロナに感染してしまい、１年生を含むメンバーで強豪校と戦うことになってしまったのだそうです。当然結果は０ー２１で完敗。事情を聞いていた対戦相手の野球部は甲子園への切符を手に入れても、配慮して大喜びするのを控えました。そして負けてしまった野球部を甲子園に招待し日を改めて地区大会決勝戦の再試合までしてくれたのだとか。いや～これぞまさに青春✨って感じ。再試合でも勝ったチームはこの時に改めて輪になって大喜びしたんですよ。その輪に相手校の選手まで加わって。きっとこの日のこと、彼らは一生忘れないですよね。私も素晴らしいストーリーを見せてもらい心が潤いましたし、もしも生まれ変わったら男に生まれ甲子園を目指す！！と３０代ぐらいの時に本気で思っていたのを思い出しました( *´艸｀)ちなみにこれは朝ですが、太陽ではなく前夜の満月です。朝５時半ぐらいに目が覚めて、窓から外を見たら明るい空にお月様が見えたのでパジャマのまま外に出て撮影しました。こういう胸が熱くなるニュースっていいですよね～よし私も頑張るぞ！って気分にさせてもらえます。ってことで残暑厳しい日が続いておりますが、みなさんも元気出して行きましょう(*^-^*)

【勘違い】先日病院で指圧マッサージを初めて受けて凄くホクホクになってしまった。(*´-∀-)ﾌﾌﾌｯこの指圧マッサージは病院で指圧マッサージ治療が必要と診断されると10分200円で受けられとても良いサービス。ヘルニアの俺は指圧マッサージ治療の診断が出てこれからこの治療を週1回受ける事になった。しかし予約制なので突然行ってすぐ受けられずマッサージ師も少ない為時間指定も難しい。でも俺はうまく都合の良い時間が取れて無事に受けられることとなった！(∩´∀`)∩ﾜｰｲそして当日朝10からの予約してたのだけど11時からと勘違いしてしまい完全に遅刻モードになる。焦った俺は急いで電話をかけて受付の人に「ずびばぜ～ん」「時間間違えました～」と伝えた。(ノД`)・゜・。〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓【待ち時間】すると受付の人が「ならとりあえず来てくれれば時間ずらして受けられますよ」そう言ってくれた。°˖☆◝(⁰▿⁰)◜☆˖°なので俺は急いで支度して病院に向かい10時15分ごろに到着する。そして受付に行き時間間違えたことを謝り次に受けられる時間が11時からなら平気と言われた。この時俺は「ならそれを電話で伝えてくれれば11時目まで待つ事なかったのに」と少しがっかりしてしまう。しかしこれは時間間違えた事の罰ゲームだと思い何も言わずに待つ事にした。もしかしたら受付の人が「あいつ時間間違えたからこらしめてやれ～」と思いわざとかと疑ってしまった。ｱﾜﾜﾜﾜ(((ﾟдﾟ; )))ﾜﾜﾜﾜｯでも実際そんな事なんてないし悪いのが自分だし仕方ないので待合室で俺は甲子園を見て待つ事にした。〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓

こんばんは(*^-^*)陽海♡ひろみと申します。一緒に働いている同級生の女性がいるのだけど、先週の土曜日にシフトが同じで13時前に携帯に電話があったみたいで、「はい」ってでてたの。何か急用なのか？思っていたらめっちゃ低い声で「はい」って数回言った後に「切ります」ってぶちって切っちゃった(；ﾟДﾟ)大丈夫かな？思っていたら彼氏からで、今高校野球の県内の予選やっててその女性の母校が勝ってるぞって言う報告だったらしく(笑)酔っぱらってて気分よく電話をかけてきたみたい(*^-^*)きっとふと声が聴きたくなったんだよって言ったとき、わざわざ仕事中に電話かけてきて…とは言っていたけどそんなたわいもないことで電話をかけてくる関係性もいいなぁって思います。結構長い付き合いらしいけど、それならなおさら仲良しだなぁって♡結婚生活も長くなるとほんと必要なことしか話さなくなってきたりするけれどちょっとした会話を大事にしたり、ちょっとしたことでもありがとうってお礼を口に出す事で関係性が良くなります。やってもらって当たり前ではなくて、初めから期待をしなければやってくれたって嬉しくなって感謝の気持ちも持てるようになります。

人生100年と言われますが、折り返し地点の50歳になってしまいました。気持ちだけは若いつもりですが、子供たちが大きくなって長男が31歳長女27歳次男15歳、昨日高校の入学金収めてきました。子育てもあともう少しです。今回高校受検でいろいろ本人は悩んだみたいです、小学校から続けていた野球がやりたいと、４校に絞りました。１つ目は通学が１時間の私立の学校（県内ベスト８の学校）２つ目は通学が１５分の県立の学校（県内ベスト３２の学校）３つ目は通学が２０分の私立の高校（県内ベスト８の学校）４つ目は通学が３０分の私立の高校（県内ベスト２の学校）みなさんは子供にどの学校をすすめますか？最近の野球の強豪校って設備の整っている私立が強いんです。もちろんお金もかかりますよね。１つ目は・通学電車で８つ離れている　　　　・冬電車が止まれば、親が送り迎え必要　　　　・レギュラーになるチャンス３０％２つ目は・・自転車で通える・２０分　　　　・一番近い工業高校　　　　・レギュラ－になるチャンス５０％３つ目は・自転車で通える・２０分　　　　・県外・留学生が多い　・部員数が多い　　　　・レギュラーになるチャンス２０％４つ目は・自転車で通える・３０分　　　　・県内野球上手い奴が集まる　　　　・レギュラーになるチャンス５％初めは息子は2つ目の県立高校に行こうと考えていた。・お金が安いこと（口では言わないが父が障害者で　　　　会社解雇になってしまったから親を思って　　　　県立にしようとしたのではないか・・？）息子と話した。・父親の願いはレギュラー取れなくても、強い強豪校でチャレンジしてもらいたいがんばってもらいたい・中途

プロ野球の試合では様々なピッチャー（投手）が登場します。右投げ、左投げ、オーバースロー、スリークォーター、サイドスロー、アンダースロー等など。その様々な投げ方はそのピッチャー（投手）の生命線であり、プロ野球選手ともなれば完成された形であります。高校野球や、大学野球などではどうやって指導していこうか？と指導者は悩んだり考えたりすることが多いと思います。私は高校からサイドスローとして投げ初めて、高校3年、大学4年、社会人野球9年と計16年サイドスローの投げ方について勉強してきました。今からサイドスローを指導したい！サイドスローの分からないことを知りたい！と考えの人にお勧めとなっていますので、ぜひ活用ください。16年間経験した自分だからこそ表現出来る内容です！！私自身も今現在使っているフォームがサイドスローであり、攻め方としては、変化球のインコース、アウトコースへの出し入れや、見せ球の使い方が重要視され、繊細なコントロールが必要となってくる投法である。打者からすると最も打ちにくい投法であるといえる。

おはようございます＊＾＾＊今年は、初めて？高校野球を楽しんでいます♪娘の彼が甲子園に行ったということが、きっかけかもですね。観ながら、私たちってことごとく、分離の世界にどっぷりなのかもしれないなあと感じるのでした。どちらかを応援する。それだけで、”こっちが勝ってほしい、こっちが勝ったら嫌だ”そんな風にもう別れてしまっていることに気づくのでした＾＾；主観が生まれているのですよね・・・どっちが勝ったって、応援を楽しむ♪そんな風に観てると、本当に一人一人の命の表現が素晴らしく勝ち負けを超えての感動が見えてきますね。日々の中でも、期待や計画ということも分離だなあと・・・期待には、”こうなってほしい、そうならなかったら苦しい”計画には、”決めた通りにいかなかったら、苦しい”本当の本当は、期待も計画も必要なくて。。。それをすることも悪いことではないけれど、期待するけど、まあどっちでもいい。計画は立てるけれど、またその時の気分に任せてみようか。こんな心地が楽かもです☆それを、今は体感させていただけてる気がします。ご縁を受け取るタイミングも、期待も計画もできませんから・・・とりあえず待機しながら、今を味わい続けること。今現れたものを大切に受け取り向き合い続けること。本当は私たちにはそれしかできないですね。実際目の前に現れたことが事実。それ以外はどれだけリアルに見えたとしても思考で幻想だったのでした。今起きていることは一つしかない。それと向き合い続けることが今に存在し続けられること。命に寄り添うということ。期待しなくても、計画しなくても起きることが起き、現れてくる。今日も今を大事にしたいなと感じ

あまりにも暑いので、日中の散歩で地域猫を見かけることはほぼありませんが、ふと駐車場の車の下をのぞくと２匹の猫がソーシャルディスタンスを保ちながら寝ていました（笑）駐車場のネコはあくびをしながら～　今日も一日を過ごしてゆく～何も変わらな～～い　穏やかな街並み～♪という歌詞から始まるゆずの『夏色』をふと思い出しました。ついこの間　始まったばかりと思っていた東京オリンピックも今週末で終わるのですね。オリンピックが終わると今度は高校野球・夏の甲子園が開幕。昨年は中止となってしまい本当に悲しかったと思います。プロならまた来年があるけど、３年生の夏は１回だけ。地区予選で１回でも負けると終わるので、１年２年生でも翌年出場できるかどうかはわからない。もしも自分が男に生まれ野球をしていたら、オリンピックより甲子園を目指していたと思うので、彼らの無念さがよく理解できます。今年の出場が決まった人たち、そして甲子園の夢が果たせなかった人たちにも幸ある人生となりますように。ちなみに私は明日出場予定のスケートボード・平野歩夢選手を１番楽しみにしています。

野球を全力で楽しむにはそれなりに野球が上手くないと楽しむことが出来ないそう思ったことはないだろうか？もう少し球が速かったら　　上手くゴロを捌けたら　　遠くに飛ばせたら色々あると思う、そんな悩みを少しでも解消出来るように自分の体験談を紹介しようと思う。今回は【投げる】ことに限定して紹介していこうと思う簡単に見える投げる動作も実はとても難しく奥深い分野だと思う自分は野球を始めたころから投手なのであまり困ったことはないが考えることでより楽に上手く投げられるようになったその方法をいくつか紹介していこうと思うまず勘違いしてほしくないのが腕を振ろうとしないでほしいこんな経験はないだろうか？監督とかに「腕が振れてない」　「もっと腕を振れ」と言われて投げたら球が垂れたりリリースが定まらず球が抜けたりしたことがあると思う腕を振れは自分からしたら大きな間違いだと自分は思っているそもそも腕を振れと言われてどこに力が入るだろうか？ほとんどの人が肩に力が入り腕の振りが鈍くなっていると思う本来であれば腕の振りを鋭く指先に力を集めたいはずなのに腕を振ろうと力めば力むほど鈍くなっていってしまう自分もずっと疑問に思っていたことだったどうしたら改善されるか？考えていたら面白い解決方法を見つけることが出来たそれが　　　　　　　　【リリースの瞬間に少し引く】これですべてが改善された。あくまでイメージの話ではあるが、バスケットボールのシュートが近いと思うこれの狙いはリリースの瞬間に引くことで一番力の入るポイントで力強くリリースできるのと力をあまり入れなくても強い球を投げられるこれが出来るようになってからはかなり楽に投げ

初めての社会人野球 高校は推薦で入学できたものの、進学はあまり考えていなかった人である。 いわゆる『就職氷河期』と言われる時代に就職した。 とりあえず、野球部がある会社に入社したかった。 その思いもかない『野球部』のある会社に入社した。 もちろん、野球部に入った。 僕が務めていた会社の野球部は『兵庫県軟式野球連盟』に加入していた。 なので、国体や高松宮賜杯、天皇杯など勝ち上がれば全国に行ける状態であった。 A級～C級までランクがあり、A級が上位のランクになる。 B級の野球部であった。 入部して気が付いたのだが高校野球経験者が4人くらいしかいなかった。 それでも、昼休みとか練習していたりしていた。 グラウンドもあったので。 それなりに楽しいチームではあった。 空白の1年数か月 就職して1年目の1月、連休明けの初日PM4:00頃、事故を起こしてしまった。 利き手左人差し指先端のプレスによる挫滅である。 一瞬であった。 何気なくプレスの間に指を入れてしまった。 手を引いたのだが遅かった。 指の先端がなくなっていた。 人間という生き物は不思議な生き物であり、自分の想像を超える出来事が起きると、それを受け入れることが出来なくなるものである。（僕だけかもしりませんが・・・） 夢かとおもった。 ほとんど痛みもなっかた。 脳内麻薬が分泌されていたのだろう。 周りの従業員たちの顔色も青ざめる・・・。 騒ぎになったものである。 病院につれていってもらい、縫合してもらった。 野球と仕事が完全に終わったと思った。 根性があったので、次の日も出社した

一番訴えたいことは、指導者が絶対的、独裁的になってて、選手は「はい」「はい」しか言うことができない状況を変えたいということである。指導者と選手にはかなりの距離、壁がある。選手の機械化、同一化、奴隷化を変えたい。指導者の職権乱用の指導に疑問を投げかけたい。 　指導者があれやれこれやれ、あれだめこれだめなど、指導者から選手の強制ではなく、選手一人一人の自立、選手一人一人が創意工夫して、選手が率先して動く環境を望む。 　「バカヤロー」「声だせ」などの罵声、選手が萎縮したような雰囲気とは無縁な環境を望む。選手が目を輝かせ、一人一人の個性を十分にグランドで発揮して、活き活きとプレーしている環境を望む。

野球部を辞めた選手や、実力があるのに試合に出られない選手が多くいる。 　なぜこうなるのか？これらの一番の理由は、はっきりと統計をとったわけではないが、自分の経験と感覚から言うと、指導者と反りが合わない、指導者に嫌われることである。 　なぜ、反りが合わない、嫌われるかと言うと、色々と細かい理由が混在して、一概には言えないし、良い悪いも言えない。 　しかし、指導者と反りが合わない、嫌われたりしただけで、野球部を辞めてしまったり、その後、学校も野球も辞めてしまったり、試合に出られないのは真に残念である。選手本人に責任がある場合はしょうがないが、指導者のせいで、選手と反りが合わない、嫌われることだけは避けてほしい。しかし実際は、指導者に原因がある場合が非常に多い。 　選手の一生がかかっている、選手の人生を左右すると肝に命じてほしい。

高校野球のピッチャーを見ていると、変化球ばかり投げていることが多い。７、８割が変化球ということもある。素晴らしいストレートを投げるピッチャーが、そういう感じならまだ良い。 　しかし、ストレートの球速が１３０キロ前後のピッチャーに変化球多投が多い。ストレートがいまいちなので、変化球を多投したり、質を高めたりして、変化球に頼るのはわかる。 　しかし、私は思う。もっとストレートを優先的に磨く努力をしてほしいと。ストレートで三振がとれるような、ノビがあって、キレが良いボールが投げられるように。 　プロに行って、活躍する投手は、みんなストレートのボールが素晴らしい。惚れ惚れする。 　ストレートが普通で、小手先だけで、変化球を多投して打ち取る投手は、実績を残しても、あまり、プロのドラフトにもかからない。将来的に、怪我する可能性も高い。高校野球全体で長い目で見れば、投手の将来的なレベルがあがらない可能性もある。 　良いストレートを投げることは、そんな簡単なことではないが、変化球を優先的に考えて小さく完璧にまとまった完成された投手より、多少荒くても、ストレートを優先的に磨く努力、研究をしてほしい。

高校野球を見ると、バッターボックスでバッターが、キャッチャーの構えを見ている選手をよく見る。キャッチャーが内角に構えたか、外角に構えたかを盗み見しているのである。 　セカンドランナーがキャッチャーのサインを盗み見る。ピッチャーのボールの握りを盗み見とる。相手監督のサインを盗み見る。相手選手のクセを盗み見とる。グランドの中では色々、サインなどを盗み見ることは可能であり、しているチームもいるかもしれない。自分はやってはいけないとは思わない。戦いなら勝つために、色々な作戦、方法はあってもよい。 　しかし、バッターがキャッチャーの構えを見るなんて、人間的にどうだろうか？ 超高校級スラッガー、スーパースターなどは、キャッチャーの構え何て見るだろうか？見ない。 キャッチャーの構えを見る時点で、自分の技術に自信がないのを露呈していると言っても過言ではない。恥ずかしすぎる行為である。そして、卑怯である。 　審判は注意するべきである。他のくだらないことを注意している場合ではない。気づいていないかもしれないが。
