Coach's fault?

Because there is no good coach, my team cannot win. It is coach’s fault, many players seek good coaches.

Certainly, a trippy leader would be able to do that. However, players should be stopping to say that is coach’s fault.

It is good for each player to be self-reliant, to think about oneself, ingenuity, implementation, reflection, feedback etcetera, to upgrade their skills. Each team member should grasp his/her role and executes it for team.

All player has to do is it. Coaches who prevent players from doing them are not good.

Conversely, the coaches who recommend this are really good coaches.

Players, do not rely on other players, do not rely on coaches, become independent!
