Incompatible with coach

Up to now I wrote about high school baseball, but there is nothing I want to say, so I will finish high school baseball here.

In the meantime, the most important thing to summarize is that the coach is absolutely dictatorial, and the player wants to change the situation where they can only say “yes” “yes”. Coaches and players have quite a distance, barriers. I would like to change mechanization, identity, enslavement of players. I doubt the guidance of coaches’ abuse of official abilities.

It should not force by coaches, as coaches say do this do that, do not do this do not do that etcetera, independence of each player, creative ingenuity, hoping for an environment where players take the initiative to work out.

“idiot” “shout”, such as jeers, hoping for an environment that does not relate to the atmosphere where players are atrophied. I hope for an environment where players shine their eyes and play lively.
