最近やたらとスピリチュアル、占い界隈でブイブイしている「引き寄せ」と「ノンデュアリティ＝非二元」について個人的に語る。ざっくり、「２つじゃないよ＝神や意識は実は一つだよ説」である。俺はそれを初めて知った時、エヴァの人類補完計画を思い出した。あれはサードインパクトを起こして人類全滅させて１つに統合して神にするという計画。よく言われている「あなたも私も一つだから一緒になりましょう♥」であり、なんか胡散臭い宗教である。だって、相手の気持ちや感情や知識は、こっちが知りえないのである。人間は、赤子から見た聞いた嗅いだ触れた味わった全てが「経験の中」であり、それの外は「絶対に知りえない、ありえない」非現実的な超常現象である。（まあその妄信が間違いの色眼鏡って話だがそれは割愛）で、ノンデュアリティの行きつく先は「運命は決まっている」であり、「気楽に行こうぜ」であり、「直感に従って行動しなよ」である。ハッキリ言うが、引き寄せの法則の公開で稼ごうとする輩の一部は「動画見て練習するだけで何でも叶う！　幸せになれる！」とかやってて、マジで嫌い。行動なしに幸せを掴むのは相当難しいはずだ。でも動画再生と金（広告収入）のために、安易に「すぐ簡単に幸せ」のチキンレースをしているため、騙されないようにしよう。引き寄せの法則の基本は「ネガティブ前提意識の言葉や行動は引きずる」である。「絶対に負けられない戦いがそこにはある」というサッカーでは結果を残せず、「今日だけは憧れるのはやめて越えましょう」といったWBC大谷選手団は優勝した。前者は「負ける前提」であり、後者は「リスペクトと勝つ前提」である。だから引き寄せの

こんにちは南仙台の父（hrperficio）です。今回は夏の高校野球についての話題です。私は野球に興味がないので高校野球も見ることはありません。結果もよく知らないくらいの野球音痴ですが、異常な暑さによって高校野球の在り方についての意見も出されています。様々な取り組みも始まってはいますが、精神論も含めた反対論も根強くあり、その一方で選手たちの負担や元々の高校野球の理念など、環境も変わる中で不合理性も生じています。今は長髪の問題などもありますが、こうしたことも含めて見直すべきとの意見も多く、開催地や運営方法や時期など見直すべき余地があることも事実のようです。さて、そんな中で今ある伝統的な開催方法を見直す方向となるのでしょうか。写真は鑑定の結果となります。左側が結果、右側が環境条件となります。まず結果ですが、世界のカードの逆位置が出ています。世界のカードの逆位置は衰退や堕落、低迷や未完成、臨界点や調和の崩壊といった意味があります。今後も気候変動の影響は大きくなり、野球人口も大きく減っていることなど野球を取り巻く環境が変わる中では今の運営方法を継続することは難しいことを意味します。高校野球の在り方として、今までの概念がもうコンベンショナルなものとなり過ぎていて、形式化・形骸化し過ぎたことも影響しているようです。長い歴史もあるので精神的な意見も重視されるのでしょうが、既に危険な状況にあって、いつ選手の生命に危険が生じるかもわからない状況に入り始めています。こういうことがなければいいのですが、今年以降におそらく不幸な事態が生じて、見直しが必至となるような暗示も出ています。見直すのも単純なも

私のスマホではこれが限界ですが、満月を久しぶりに見ました（左上は☆です）子供の頃は月の模様までしっかり見えていたのに、視力が落ちた今は肉眼だとこのスマホ写真と同じぐらいにしか見えないのが残念。ところでこの前、夕方のニュースでとても感動的な特集が放映されていて。あと１勝で甲子園に行ける！と思っていたある野球部は地区予選の決勝前日にベンチ入り選手の半数以上がコロナに感染してしまい、１年生を含むメンバーで強豪校と戦うことになってしまったのだそうです。当然結果は０ー２１で完敗。事情を聞いていた対戦相手の野球部は甲子園への切符を手に入れても、配慮して大喜びするのを控えました。そして負けてしまった野球部を甲子園に招待し日を改めて地区大会決勝戦の再試合までしてくれたのだとか。いや～これぞまさに青春✨って感じ。再試合でも勝ったチームはこの時に改めて輪になって大喜びしたんですよ。その輪に相手校の選手まで加わって。きっとこの日のこと、彼らは一生忘れないですよね。私も素晴らしいストーリーを見せてもらい心が潤いましたし、もしも生まれ変わったら男に生まれ甲子園を目指す！！と３０代ぐらいの時に本気で思っていたのを思い出しました( *´艸｀)ちなみにこれは朝ですが、太陽ではなく前夜の満月です。朝５時半ぐらいに目が覚めて、窓から外を見たら明るい空にお月様が見えたのでパジャマのまま外に出て撮影しました。こういう胸が熱くなるニュースっていいですよね～よし私も頑張るぞ！って気分にさせてもらえます。ってことで残暑厳しい日が続いておりますが、みなさんも元気出して行きましょう(*^-^*)

【勘違い】先日病院で指圧マッサージを初めて受けて凄くホクホクになってしまった。(*´-∀-)ﾌﾌﾌｯこの指圧マッサージは病院で指圧マッサージ治療が必要と診断されると10分200円で受けられとても良いサービス。ヘルニアの俺は指圧マッサージ治療の診断が出てこれからこの治療を週1回受ける事になった。しかし予約制なので突然行ってすぐ受けられずマッサージ師も少ない為時間指定も難しい。でも俺はうまく都合の良い時間が取れて無事に受けられることとなった！(∩´∀`)∩ﾜｰｲそして当日朝10からの予約してたのだけど11時からと勘違いしてしまい完全に遅刻モードになる。焦った俺は急いで電話をかけて受付の人に「ずびばぜ～ん」「時間間違えました～」と伝えた。(ノД`)・゜・。〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓【待ち時間】すると受付の人が「ならとりあえず来てくれれば時間ずらして受けられますよ」そう言ってくれた。°˖☆◝(⁰▿⁰)◜☆˖°なので俺は急いで支度して病院に向かい10時15分ごろに到着する。そして受付に行き時間間違えたことを謝り次に受けられる時間が11時からなら平気と言われた。この時俺は「ならそれを電話で伝えてくれれば11時目まで待つ事なかったのに」と少しがっかりしてしまう。しかしこれは時間間違えた事の罰ゲームだと思い何も言わずに待つ事にした。もしかしたら受付の人が「あいつ時間間違えたからこらしめてやれ～」と思いわざとかと疑ってしまった。ｱﾜﾜﾜﾜ(((ﾟдﾟ; )))ﾜﾜﾜﾜｯでも実際そんな事なんてないし悪いのが自分だし仕方ないので待合室で俺は甲子園を見て待つ事にした。〓＝〓＝〓＝〓＝〓

一番訴えたいことは、指導者が絶対的、独裁的になってて、選手は「はい」「はい」しか言うことができない状況を変えたいということである。指導者と選手にはかなりの距離、壁がある。選手の機械化、同一化、奴隷化を変えたい。指導者の職権乱用の指導に疑問を投げかけたい。 　指導者があれやれこれやれ、あれだめこれだめなど、指導者から選手の強制ではなく、選手一人一人の自立、選手一人一人が創意工夫して、選手が率先して動く環境を望む。 　「バカヤロー」「声だせ」などの罵声、選手が萎縮したような雰囲気とは無縁な環境を望む。選手が目を輝かせ、一人一人の個性を十分にグランドで発揮して、活き活きとプレーしている環境を望む。

野球部を辞めた選手や、実力があるのに試合に出られない選手が多くいる。 　なぜこうなるのか？これらの一番の理由は、はっきりと統計をとったわけではないが、自分の経験と感覚から言うと、指導者と反りが合わない、指導者に嫌われることである。 　なぜ、反りが合わない、嫌われるかと言うと、色々と細かい理由が混在して、一概には言えないし、良い悪いも言えない。 　しかし、指導者と反りが合わない、嫌われたりしただけで、野球部を辞めてしまったり、その後、学校も野球も辞めてしまったり、試合に出られないのは真に残念である。選手本人に責任がある場合はしょうがないが、指導者のせいで、選手と反りが合わない、嫌われることだけは避けてほしい。しかし実際は、指導者に原因がある場合が非常に多い。 　選手の一生がかかっている、選手の人生を左右すると肝に命じてほしい。

高校野球のピッチャーを見ていると、変化球ばかり投げていることが多い。７、８割が変化球ということもある。素晴らしいストレートを投げるピッチャーが、そういう感じならまだ良い。 　しかし、ストレートの球速が１３０キロ前後のピッチャーに変化球多投が多い。ストレートがいまいちなので、変化球を多投したり、質を高めたりして、変化球に頼るのはわかる。 　しかし、私は思う。もっとストレートを優先的に磨く努力をしてほしいと。ストレートで三振がとれるような、ノビがあって、キレが良いボールが投げられるように。 　プロに行って、活躍する投手は、みんなストレートのボールが素晴らしい。惚れ惚れする。 　ストレートが普通で、小手先だけで、変化球を多投して打ち取る投手は、実績を残しても、あまり、プロのドラフトにもかからない。将来的に、怪我する可能性も高い。高校野球全体で長い目で見れば、投手の将来的なレベルがあがらない可能性もある。 　良いストレートを投げることは、そんな簡単なことではないが、変化球を優先的に考えて小さく完璧にまとまった完成された投手より、多少荒くても、ストレートを優先的に磨く努力、研究をしてほしい。

高校野球を見ると、バッターボックスでバッターが、キャッチャーの構えを見ている選手をよく見る。キャッチャーが内角に構えたか、外角に構えたかを盗み見しているのである。 　セカンドランナーがキャッチャーのサインを盗み見る。ピッチャーのボールの握りを盗み見とる。相手監督のサインを盗み見る。相手選手のクセを盗み見とる。グランドの中では色々、サインなどを盗み見ることは可能であり、しているチームもいるかもしれない。自分はやってはいけないとは思わない。戦いなら勝つために、色々な作戦、方法はあってもよい。 　しかし、バッターがキャッチャーの構えを見るなんて、人間的にどうだろうか？ 超高校級スラッガー、スーパースターなどは、キャッチャーの構え何て見るだろうか？見ない。 キャッチャーの構えを見る時点で、自分の技術に自信がないのを露呈していると言っても過言ではない。恥ずかしすぎる行為である。そして、卑怯である。 　審判は注意するべきである。他のくだらないことを注意している場合ではない。気づいていないかもしれないが。

高校野球はバント練習毎日１時間を前に書いたが、このような、細かい作戦の練習に時間を多く割く。練習試合、公式試合でも、細かい作戦を多くする。できないと、怒ったり、学校に帰って練習、次の日も練習。このこと以外のことも含めて、選手はただの奴隷のようにみえるチームもある。選手をある意味洗脳している。指導者は独裁者と言っても過言ではない。指導者が明らかに間違っていることをしたり、言っても、選手は「はい」「はい」しか言わない。 　逆らったり、言うことを聞かなければ、試合には出さしてくれない。練習も悪い待遇をくらう。指導者の職権乱用があまりに多い。 　指導者は選手の将来がかかっていることをもう一度考えてほしい。また、選手、保護者も、ひどい指導者に対しては声をあげよう。指導者を雇用している立場の人は、選手の将来のために、職権乱用している指導者を解雇するべきである。放置、野放しにしてはいけない。しっかりと指導方法をみて、管理する必要がある。任せっきりは×である。

毎日、１日１時間バント練習をするチームがあるらしい。また、他に機動力を重視して、走塁の練習に時間をかなり割くチームがある。他にもこのような、基本となる、投げたり、打ったりすることより、細かいことに練習に時間をかなり割くチームが多い。 　選手一人ひとりが、望んで、やりたくてやっているなら良いが、果たしてどうだろうか？ 　細かい練習をやることにより、選手の投げたり、打ったりする基本のレベルアップが犠牲になってしまう。いくらバントがうまくても、プロにはいけない。 　選手は、プロのスカウトにアピールできないまま終わってしまう。バントした代わりに、打ったとしたらホームランを打ったかもしれない。もちろん、ホームランを打ったからプロに行けるわけでもないし、チームが勝つためにはバントや、細かい作戦も必要である。しかし、過度になってはどうかと思う。 　もう一度、指導者の方には、指導者のエゴではなく、選手一人一人のためを思ってほしい。一日一日、一つ一つのプレーが選手には将来のために重要性を占める。一日一日、一つ一つのプレーで選手の将来の運命が決まることを、肝に命じてほしい。

１年に野球部を辞める選手はどれくらいいるだろう？ 辞めたくても、辞めた後を考えると気まずく、辞められず、３年間無駄な時間を過ごしている選手はどれくらいいるだろう？ 　スポーツ推薦、特待で野球部に入って野球部を辞めた選手は、学校も辞めてしまう比率が高い。 　野球部を辞める理由として、練習が厳しい。指導者と反りが合わない。怪我をして他の部員からサボりなど言われ、省かれる。 　野球をやるため、甲子園に行くため、プロになりたいためなど、野球一筋で、高校の野球部にはいる選手が多い。それを上で述べたような、一時的または、不運な理由で、野球部を辞めざるおえなくて、辞めてしまうのは、真に残念である。まだ野球がやりたくても、やりたい場所がなく、野球を辞めてしまう。 　ここで提案したい。転校しやすい仕組み、転校をもっと簡単にできるようにしてほしい。 　野球が全てではない。高校生として、勉学など、学ぶべきものはたくさんあるのはわかる。しかし、野球人として、また、今の現状では、本格的に野球をしている生徒は、野球をやるためだけに高校にくる。それなら、もっと真剣に、本格的に、悔いなくやりやすい環境を与えたい。これは、野球だけでなく、サッカー、バスケなどどんなことにも言える。 　是非、転校しやすい仕組みを作ってほしい。もう一度、辞めた選手にチャンスを与えてほしい。 　また、百人の部員を抱える学校も結構多くなってきているが、こうなると、レギュラーになるには難しい。３年間ずっと控えもありえる。生き地獄である。こういう選手が転校して他の高校に行き、試合に出られるチャンスが増えるかもしれない。 　転

高校野球のテレビ中継で、審判の判定で、明らかに誤審の時は、スローモーションで前のプレーを流さない。おそらく、テレビ中継してる人も誤審だとわかってるのだろう。スローで流すと、審判の誤審だということがはっきりしてしまうので流さないのだろう。実況、解説者も、誤審だとわかると、そのプレーについて深く突っ込まない。教育上の野球なので、そういうことは問題にしないというのが前提にもあると思うが。 　テレビ中継している人と、実況、解説のうまい’’かわし’’で、何事もなかったかのように、次のプレーにいく。 　審判の誤審は誤審である。その判定に対して、追及したり、審判に制裁を加える必要はない。そういうことを言っているわけではない。審判にもミスはある。 　しかし、普段のプレーのように、スローを流して、実況、解説は今のはアウト、セーフなど、そのプレーについても解説するべきである。 　何事もなかったかのようにスルーするのはどうだろうか。

高校野球の試合時間は短すぎる。大体２時間で終わる。長くなって、２時間３０分で終わる。 　何故か？審判が攻守交代を急がしたり、ボール回しをなしにしたり、タイムを取っても急がしたり、何かと審判がせかす。 　自分は高校野球の試合を見ていて残念だ。審判が選手をせかすので、選手は機械のように動いてる感じがする。流れ作業のように動いている。 　野球は間が大事である。サイン交換、一球一球にハラハラドキドキする。一つのプレーの後の余韻などなど。プレーとプレーの間が大事だ。試合を観てる方もプレーとプレーの間に色々考えたり、選手を見たりする。 　選手や監督、コーチも、プレーとプレーの間に、作戦を考えたり、次のことを考えたり、色々観察したりする。 　それを審判が選手をせかしていたら、ハラハラドキドキする時間もない。選手や監督、コーチも十分に考えられずに次のプレーが進んでしまう。 　せかしてばかりで、ポンポンと単純に進んでしまう試合なんて全く面白くない。名試合も生まれにくい。 　もっと選手達のことを考えて、選手のためにしてほしい。

高校野球の大会は日程が短すぎる。１回戦、２回戦など始めの方は試合をしてから、次の試合まで十分な日数がある。しかし、勝ち進んでいって、準々決勝、準決勝、決勝などは、連戦になったり、１日しか間が空かない。ピッチャーが１人しかいないチームはエースが連投連投になる。 　これはピッチャーにとって酷である。緊張したり、アドレナリンが出ているので、その大会は全部投げられるかもしれない、しかし、実際身体はかなり酷使されている。その選手がその大会だけで、もう野球をしないということなら良いかもしれないが、多くは、将来プロ野球を目指している。プロ注目になった選手で、怪我を抱えた選手や、プロに入ってからすぐ怪我をしたり、注目されてプロに入ったのに、活躍できずに、２軍でくすぶってる選手。これらの原因は一概に絶対これだとは言い切れないが、高校野球の時の、投げ過ぎが原因も一理あると思う。 　大会の日程に余裕を持たせること。また、練習や試合で投げさせ過ぎないことが重要だと考える。

土日祝日など授業が休みで、１日練習があるとき、選手の親は、全員ではないが、当番制で監督、コーチのお世話役で来るようになっている。朝、監督、コーチにコーヒーを出して、休憩時にお茶などの飲み物を上げて、椅子、机も用意する。お昼は弁当を手配する。当番で来た保護者は１日中いなければいけない。自発的にやりたくてやりたいなら、全然構わない。しかし、やりたくないなら、苦痛である。 後援会、保護者の集まりで決めているかもしれないが、指導者が、いりません、必要ありませんと言えば、それまでだ。飲み物の差し入れ、弁当の手配ぐらい、自分でできる。そのために、保護者のせっかくの休みを潰してはかわいそうである。保護者や後援会は、せっかく指導してくださる、指導者のためにと、保護者や後援会から、当番制をやめますとは言えない。言いづらい。 ここは指導者が気をつかってやめます、必要ありませんと言うべきである。

監督、コーチと、保護者の飲み会がある。この飲み会で、監督、コーチはある意味、保護者の接待を受ける。監督、コーチは絶対だ。保護者は、飲みの場を用意したり、飲食の注文を取ったり、監督、コーチのために動く。同等ではない。 もちろん、普段、野球の指導をして下さっている監督、コーチなので、感謝の気持ちをこめてというのもある。しかし、保護者は、自分の子供を試合に出してほしい。自分の子供に一桁の背番号をもらいたい。そのために、保護者はある意味ゴマをする。みんながみんなではないと思うが、少なからずそういう気持ちはあると思う。全員がこうではないと思うが、意識してなくても、監督と保護者には不平等な関係がある。監督はきっぱりと、子供の野球の実力だけで、判断すると保護者、選手の前で言うべきである。言わないと、不信感があったり、「接待」がおこなわれる。 　むしろ、節目節目の会以外は、しなくてもよいような気もするが。

怪我で潰れていったり、将来を断念する選手が多い。怪我は誰のせいか？もちろん、色々な理由があって、誰の責任とは言えない。しかし、指導者の責任の割合は少なくない。その例を何個か述べよう。練習のし過ぎ。選手が痛かったり、違和感、怪我の一歩手前の時に、「休みます」と選手が言える環境、雰囲気がない。そのような理由で休んだら、練習や試合で干される。根性がない、嘘だ、サボってる、など思われてる。自己管理不足とも思われる。痛いのは、我慢しろ、精神的に弱いからだとも思われる。また、怪我したところを、筋力が弱いと思い、筋トレして筋肉つけろと、単純な考えをする指導者もいる。自分の野球技術が絶対だと思い教え込み怪我させる場合もある。 　一番は先に述べたが、痛いとき練習を休める雰囲気がないことだ。選手が痛いと指導者に言える関係作りも大事である。そして、選手が「痛い」、「休みます」と言ったら休ませることである。選手は休みたくて休んでるわけではなく、休んだら、自分のレベルアップ、レギュラーの機会に影響があることは百も承知である。そもそも野球がやりたくて野球部に入ったのに、休みたいわけはない。野球をやりたいはずである。それを選手にズル休みしたいと思わせるのは指導者の指導に問題がある。 　怪我は違和感、痛いとき、怪我の手前で休めば、悪化はしない。この怪我の手前で選手が休める雰囲気、環境が必要である。

指導者の采配で負けることがよくある。スクイズを出すタイミングの失敗。盗塁、エンドランの出すタイミングの失敗。ピッチャーを代えるタイミングを間違える。これらのせいで試合に負けた時、指導者は自分の采配のせいで負けたと、選手達に謝るだろうか？自分は謝ったところは見たことがない。 　他に表面に見えにくく、指導者のせいのものもある。準備しろと言ってないで、急にピッチャー交代、代打、代走を出す。そして、代わった選手が活躍できなかったり、凡ミスしたら、怒る。準備してないからミスして当然である。これは指導者のせいである。ミスした選手のせいではない。 　また、練習でしてないことを、試合で選手達にいきなり求める。そして、できないと怒る。これも指導者のせいである。 指導者の傍若無人である。指導者が絶対ではない。選手が意見を言える環境を作り、指導者が間違ったときは謝り、理不尽な指導をして、選手を振り回さないようにしてほしい。

指導者は選手が高校を卒業してからのことも考えてほしい。むしろ、高校を卒業して、大学、社会人、プロ野球に行くことの方が大事である。 高校時代に連投させ過ぎたり、練習させ過ぎたりして、怪我をさせて、高校で野球が終わったり、プロへ入っても、高校野球時代の疲労が原因ですぐ怪我したりする。 　チームに良いピッチャーが一人だけいると、高校野球地方予選で決勝まで、一人で連投連投させる。甲子園に行くために、エースを連投させる。もっと前もって、ピッチャーを他に２、３人用意させておくべきである。チーム事情もあると思うが。 指導者、チームは甲子園に行きたいのはわかるが、甲子園が全てではない。選手のその後のことを考えるべきである。 　また、ピッチャーを多く用意して、数人のピッチャーで勝ち上がるチームの指導者をもっと評価するべきである。そして、過酷に一人のピッチャーを何試合も連投させて、何百球も投げさす指導者をもっと非難するべきである。
