こんにちは＾＾。今日は一日お休みをして好きなことに没頭しました( ´∀｀ )！それは、「限界まで寝てみよう」です。なので、もう無理！って思うまで寝ました。(-。-)y-゜゜゜と言っても昨夜？寝たのが午前3時頃ですからね～。結局3度寝して11時が限界でした。足して8時間ですね。それでも物凄く頭がスッキリして、爽快な目覚めでした！3度寝しないと8時間の睡眠が取れない事をしっかりと自覚し、もう少し運動を増やして体力を付けねばと反省致しました。ところで、世の中には3時間睡眠でやって行けると言う人が居ますよね？私は最低5時間以上寝ないと持たないと思っておりますので、凄いなぁって思います。真面目に3時間睡眠でやっている人の事を考えてみました。あくまでも功真の考えです。一般的な考えでは有りませんので悪しからず。そもそもなんですが、睡眠の目的とは？功真流ですと、「脳を休ませる行為」です。大雑把に言うと、脳をリラックスさせれば休まるのかと。なので、起きている間に脳がリラックス状態に長く居れば睡眠状態と似た状態なのでその分睡眠時間を減らしても大丈夫なのかと。そこで私功真の結論を申し上げます。短い睡眠で大丈夫な人の共通項は、「起きて活動している時、脳がリラックスしている時間が長い。」です。傍から見れば大変そうに見えるのですが、本人としたら好きなこと、自分がやりたい事に没頭しているので、全く苦になっていない。脳がリラックス状態に居る時間が長いのだと。本当にやりたい事を毎日やれば、短い睡眠でもやって行けるのです。まさに“want to”で行動しているのです。素晴らしいと思います！！いかにやりたいことをす

こんにちは＾＾。このブログに出逢ってくれてありがとうございます。功真です＾＾。今日の話題を考えた時に前々から感じていたこのことを書こうと決めました。その、このこととは、「生き辛く感じている人が俄かに増えている。」です。あくまでも、功真の感覚の話ですが。今、感受性のとても高い人が増えているような気がします。今の言い方をすれば、HSP（ハイヤーセルフパーソン）です。アスペルガー障害（症候群）をお持ちの方も同様に増えている気がします。その人たちに取っては「生き辛い世の中」になっていると思います。こりゃまた功真の主観で何の根拠もありませんが、情報が多すぎると取捨選択を頭が拒否してしまい、知らず知らずのうちにHSPや、アスペルガーになってしまうんじゃないかなぁ？って感じます。食べ物の添加物も捨て切れませんし、ミネラル不足も原因の一つやと感じます。スマホも一役買っているのは間違いないですね。スマホは記憶力と文字を手で書くことをを阻害しています。覚えることは操作方法のみで、後はスマホに丸投げ状態です。「考えない、覚えない、選択できない。字が書けない」の四重苦状態です。敢えて四重苦と書きましたが、本人は苦と感じてないと思います。苦ではなくて、楽ちん状態( ´∀｀ )！ですね。お陰で、現代人の多くは退化してしまっています。それが良いのか悪いのかは分かりませんし、自分自身の選択です。功真は、先日宣言しました！「全ての行動を“want to”で行う」と。もちろんこのブログも“功真のwant to”で書いています(^-^)❣人を変えることは出来ません。一人でも多くの人がこのブログと出逢い“want t

こんにちは高橋です。 4月23日のTOEICテストの本番で「report to～」という表現が出てきたそうです。 この表現は「出勤する」「姿を現す」「出頭する」などの意味があり、また「report to someone」とすると「～の直属になる」、「管理下になる」という意味になったりもします。 どちらの意味も超がつく重要表現です。 僕は今まで、ずっと言ってきたことですが、TOEICの点数をあげたければ『公式問題集』をひたすら復習することが一番の近道です。 実際、この「report to」も『公式問題集』では繰り返し出てくる表現です(『8』、『6』、『5』などに出てきます)。 『公式問題集』というのは、他のどの問題集よりも、語彙の精度が高く、また最新の『公式問題集』を解くと「最新のTOEICの傾向」がわかるようになっています。 最新の傾向を反映しているので、それを解けばほぼ確実に本番の点数を類推することもできます。 他の問題集ではこういうことはできません。 2023年4月現在、10冊の『公式問題集』が発売されています。 これを最新のものから3冊(『9』→『8』→『7』の順番で)こなせば、まず850点は超えます。 結局、本番の答えは9割9分『公式問題集』に書いてあるので、これを本気で復習するのが一番力がつくとここでも強調しておきたいと思います。 ●追伸 TOEIC満点の講師の方で自分の本を出版している人はまずこういうことは言いません。 もちろん自分の本を売るほうが得だからです。 僕は今960点になりましたが、基本『公式問題集』ばかり復習しています。 800点だったときも同じ、900
