ネットで英語のニュースを観ることを毎日の習慣にしています。先日とても感動的なアメリカからのニュースがあったのでご紹介したいと思います。タイトルは、Auburn basketball's team manager opens up about battle with luekemia（アーバン大学バスケットボールチームのマネージャーが白血病との闘いについて明かす）アメリカのアラバマ州にあるアーバン大学。この大学のバスケットボールチーム、アーバンタイガースの監督は名将ブルース・パール。彼は試合中、選手を怒鳴りつけることで有名です。興奮しすぎてどうやらとてもきれいとは言えない言葉を発しているようですが、選手に厳しく接することで彼はこれまでのどの監督よりも多くの勝利をアラバマタイガースにもたらしてきました。↑興奮しすぎて拳で叩いてます・・・そんな彼にあるお願いをした人がいました。それは白血病と闘う男の子のために動画で激励してほしいというお願いでした。男の子の名前はサム・カニンガム。サムは１２歳の時に白血病と診断されました。ブルースはサムに動画でメッセージを送ります。You're going to beat this son!  Cancer picked the wrong ombre, picked the wrong dude to mess with!
