I think that it should be more tolerant to deal it. Otherwise, the players will think too much to avoid mistakes, errors, thinking that mistakes, errors will make coach angry, become atrophy and passively play only. It is a vicious circle. If player makes an error, mistake simply remove him/her from the regular or reduce opportunities to go to the game.
