The rise of artificial intelligence has added another challenge. AI tools
can write essays, summarize articles, and answer questions quickly.
While these technologies can support learning, critics worry that
students may rely on them too heavily and fail to develop critical
thinking and problem-solving skills.
生成AIの普及によって新たな課題も生まれている。AIは学習を支援できる一方で、生徒が考える力や問題解決能力を十分に身につけられなくなる可能性が懸念されている。
This debate raises an important question: What is the purpose of education? Many educators believe that learning is not simply about obtaining information. It also requires concentration, reflection, and independent thinking. Rather than abandoning technology completely, schools are
now seeking a better balance between digital tools and traditional
learning methods.
