Instagramの別アカウントで投稿してる作品です。

ゴミ拾い活動を取材したことがきっかけで生まれた作品「ペッチャンボトル（Flat Plastic Bottle）」ですが、この投稿が最後となります。すべての写真を投稿し終えて、自分にどんな変化があったのかを考えています。

丹沢アートフェスティバルに参加したことで、2つの変化がありました。一つ目は、少数の方々とお話する機会があったことです。作品に対する感じ方や受け取り方が人それぞれ違うことを学びました。ピン留めしている投稿に自分のステートメントを載せていますが、それはあくまで私自身の意味であって、他者には関係のない話です。もちろん、作品が生まれた背景の説明は必要だと思いますが、最終的には作り手も鑑賞者も自由であるべきだと感じました。亡き師であるカウンセラーの言葉「人はそれぞれが違っている」を実感できた気がします。

二つ目の変化は、作品そのものです。展示のために画像編集ソフトを使って作業をしたことで、新たな作品に生まれ変わりました。この作品を「ペッチャンボトル（Flat Plastic Bottle）MarkⅡ」と名付け、今後少しずつ投稿していきます。また、この展示作品から別の新たな作品も誕生しています。

一区切りついたところで、新たな作品に取り掛かる意欲が湧いてきました。すでにアイデアはあり、作品にどう落とし込むかを考えています。次の作品タイトルは「死と再生」です。お楽しみに。

The artwork "Flat Plastic Bottle" was inspired by my experience covering a litter-picking activity. This will be the final post about this piece. As I finish sharing all the photos, I reflect on what has changed within me.

Participating in the Tanzawa Art Festival brought about two significant changes. Firstly, I had the opportunity to talk with a few people, and I learned that everyone perceives and interprets art differently. I have pinned a statement explaining what this artwork means to me, but I realize that it might not resonate with others in the same way. While I feel it's important to explain the background of the artwork, ultimately, both the creator and the audience should feel free in their interpretations. I was reminded of the words of my late mentor, a counselor, who said, "Everyone is different," and I felt that truth more deeply.

The second change was in the artwork itself. Working with image editing software for the exhibition, the piece evolved into something new. I've named this new version "Flat Plastic Bottle Mark II," and I will start sharing it here gradually. Additionally, this exhibition has inspired the creation of other new works.

Having reached a milestone, I feel a renewed eagerness to start on a new project. I already have an idea in mind and am contemplating how to bring it to life. The title of this new piece will be "Death and Rebirth." Please look forward to it.
