【自分の夢について英語で書いてみた】I have two dreams. One is for me. The other is for others.

夢は二つあります。自分主体のものと、他人主体のものです。一つは自分の英語指導事業を拡大すること。しっかり利益を上げること。

I have two dreams. One is for me. The other is for others.

First, I would like to expand my english teaching program and get a lot of students to earn some money enough to provide me and my wife. To achieve this, I need to brush up my english teaching skills and more customers and decent curriculum.

二つ目のゴールは、人々に英語教育を通じて勇気を与え、自らの可能性を最大化して人生を謳歌してほしいということです。例えば、僕は海外に出ることで、日本を全く違う視点で捉え直すことができました。そこからさまざまな気づきを得ることができました。英語が多少でもできると、（外の世界からの）学びや気づきにつながり、生きる希望や意欲が湧いてくると強く感じています。

My goal is to encourage people to enjoy their life more and to realize they can do more than they think. Especially in Japan, people (school children) seem to have been taught to underestimate their own talent and capacity and to calm down. 

I believe English is a key to get to know the world outside the closed environment and to realise the diversity and possibility out there.

For example, once I got outside Japan, it was the moment that I realised how clean, organized, punctual, sensitive and high-contextual Japan is and this realization would not have been made if I had stayed inside Japan. 

Going outside and getting a different perspective on my home country was a definitive opportunity to look at my home through a totally different lens.

英語が話せると人生の可能性が大きく広がるかもしれない。そう信じて僕も自分の英語事業を始め、エネルギーをこれからも注いでいきたいと思います。

So more people get ability to use english, more chances to enjoy and realize one's capacity for life. 

My second dream is to increase the people like me, who used to feel hopeless and helpless not to be able to blend in conventional corporate rules in society but later realise own potential to start their own business.

The more independent people get, the less stressful they will feel.
