取引の流れについて

当サービスではご購入後のお取引を以下のように進めさせていただきます。

①ラフ作成～ラフ確認

お客様のご要望に合わせたラフデザインを3案作成させていただきます。
デザインの追加や修正希望がある場合はこの段階でお申し付けください。

以下を提出していただくとより正確なデザインが可能です。

②イラスト制作～イラスト確認

ラフデザイン完成後は決まったデザインをもとにイラストを作成いたします。
塗りの雰囲気指定などがある場合はあらかじめお申し付けください。
※完成後の塗りの変更は別途追加料金が発生いたします。

③モデリング～納品(動作確認)

イラスト完成後はキャラクターに合わせたモデリングを行います。
実際の使用を想定したモデリングを行いますので、動作環境等が変わった場合や追加の希望がある場合はお早めにお知らせください。

④取引終了

動作確認をしていただき問題がなければ「正式な回答」として取引を完了させていただきます。

【納品物に関して】

納品物はLive2Dの書き出しファイル、透過イラストのみとなります。
psdファイルに関しては別料金での対応となります。
編集ファイルに関してはお渡ししておりません。

【ご購入後のキャンセルについて】

サービス購入後、途中で連絡が取れなくなった際は確認のメッセージを送らせていただき、
その後3日間連絡がない場合は正式な回答として取引を終了させていただきます。

In this service, the transaction after purchase proceeds as follows.

We will create three rough designs to meet your requirements.

(2)Illustration creation - Illustration confirmation

After the rough design is completed, we will create an illustration based on the decided design.

Please let us know in advance if you have any requests for the painting style.

Please let us know in advance if you would like to specify the atmosphere of the painting. If you would like to change the painting after completion, an additional fee will be charged.

(3) Modeling - Delivery (operation check)

After the illustration is completed, we will do the modeling for the character.

Please let us know as soon as possible if your operating environment has changed or if you have any additional requests.

(4) After the transaction

If there are no problems after checking the operation, we will complete the transaction as an "official response".

Deliverables

The deliverables are Live2D export files and transparent illustrations only.

For psd files, you will have to pay extra.

We do not provide editing files.

About cancellation after purchase

If you are unable to contact us after purchasing the service, we will send you a confirmation message.

If we do not hear from you for 3 days after that, we will close the transaction as an official response.
