Support for Incident Command (IC) I provide linguistic and operational support for the Incident Commander during drills and real emergencies. This involves simultaneous interpretation, communication relay, and summarizing critical information for quick decision-making. Training and Mentorship As a senior officer, I contribute to the training and mentorship of younger firefighters. I assist with skill development, career guidance, and psychological support to ensure team readiness and cohesion. Exercise Participation and Program Management I actively participate in joint training exercises, including live fire, rescue, and disaster-response simulations. I also create English training programs, event scripts, and ceremony programs (such as graduation ceremonies), coordinating schedules, roles, and documentation to ensure smooth execution. Program Creation and Event Management I design and manage official programs for ceremonies and events, balancing both operational flow and presentation quality. My responsibilities include scenario design, script creation, and time management during execution.
