データサイエンティスト志望：テクニカルケースインタビューの対策

【目的】 2月22日（月）に予定されている戦略コンサルティングファームの二次試験でテクニカルケースインタビュー（日本語）の対策を60分程度でご依頼することが可能か確認させていただきたい。 【依頼背景】 現在、とある戦略コンサルティングファームのデータサイエンティスト職の選考プロセスを進めています。コード試験・英語によるケースインタビューを通過し、残すところ日本語によるテクニカルケースとビジネスケースとなりました。テクニカルケースについては英語で元々選考対策を進めていましたが、二次面接では日本語でのテクニカルケースとの連絡があり、本番前に一度専門的な知識のある方に回答や立ち振る舞いについて、フィードバックいただきたいと考えております。戦略ファームでのケース面接経験および機械学習・統計数理にお詳しい方にご依頼したいです。 【追加情報】 サンプル問題として、実際のテクニカルケースとして下記のような問題が出題されることが想定されます（実際は日本語）。 1. Customers switching from one company to another is called churn, and it is expensive all around: one company must spend on incentives to attract a customer while another company loses revenue when the customer departs. you have been called in to help understand the problem and to devise a solution. 2. L'Oreal, an international cosmetics/beauty company, has found that their premium customers on average purchase 2.9 products from the overall premium category, but currently they only purchase 1.3 premium products under the L'Oreal umbrella. The company would like to expand its presence in the premium category in order to encourage customers to purchase more products from the L'Oreal family.
