Translate 1 hour presentation into English

Hello! Only for Japanese who have fluent English or TOEIC 800+. I'm a stock market investor and this company will publicly release the financial results at a meeting at Zoom. I will record the entire meeting and send you overnight so you can translate everything into English. It will be approximately 1 hour of meeting. I need the meeting translated into simple microsoft word format containing only the name of the people and positions involved. I don't accept machine translation done by tool or application. It needs to be a 100% human translation. Some words need to be adapted to the English sense and context.
