みなさんは、Googleマップで マップサーフィンを 楽しんだことは ありますか？
私は、先日 自宅の 周辺や 県内の お店などを Googleマップでいろいろ あてもなく 覗いてみました。
マップを拡大して見てみると、けっこう近所にも 知らないお店が たくさんあるものだなぁ と思います。
洋食、和食、中華、スイーツなど、ランダムにお店の情報を見ていくと、オーナー投稿の 画像も多く見つかりました。中には、きれいに編集された手作りの動画もあって、ＭＥＯ対策が バッチリ施されていることが分かります。
印象深い スイーツのお店がありました！
可愛くて おいしそうな 洋菓子の写真が い～っぱい掲載されていて、中でも アイシングされた 芸術的なクッキーの数々には 見とれてしまいました。
かなりの種類の 美しいスイーツの画像が並んでいて、ブライダル用のお菓子の動画も！
スグに この素敵な お店に飛んで行きたい 気持ちになったのは、きっと私だけではないでしょう...
さて、このお店の 口コミはどうかナ、と気になったのですが、口コミ評判の方も上々で、
"男性にとっては、店内に入るのが 気はずかしくなるほど カワイイお菓子でいっぱいだったが、いっしょに行った娘は、喜々として目を輝かせていた"
という内容の 書き込みもありました。
そうでしょう、まさにそんな感じのお店に 思えます。
評価の低い口コミは あるのかな、と思ってソートしてみたところ、いくつかありました。
ザッと見てみたところ、低評価には ほとんどが スタッフさんへの不満が 書かれていました。
スタンプカードの説明がない、愛想がない、お喋りしている、などなど。
そして、それらの口コミの全部には、オーナーからの丁寧な お詫びの コメントが 返されていました。
もしも、お怒りのコメントを書き込んだ お客様がこれを読んだとしたら、おそらく 怒りの気もちも幾分収まったのでは・・・・・と感じました。
やはり、ＭＥＯ対策、大切ですね。
全然知らないお店なのですが、なんとなく雰囲気が伝わってきてしまいます。
前々回のブログで、”Googleマップの使い方” について 書いたのですが、ふと考えました。
アルバイトの応募先を 検討中の人が Googleマップで お店の情報を確認したとしたら......
たとえ、口コミにクレームがあったとしても、オーナーが丁寧に対応されているのを見たら 何となく安心できるかもしれませんね。
逆に、もし スタッフの対応に対するクレームが放置され、オーナー投稿の写真もまったくないようなお店だったら、不安に思えて応募先には選ばないかもしれません。
こんなふうに 考えてみると、Googleマップって 集客を助けるだけでは なさそうです。もしかしたら、人手不足解消に 一役かってくれるかもしれません。
..... やっぱり、MEO対策って 重要ですね！！
Have you ever enjoyed map surfing on Google Maps?
The other day, I was aimlessly browsing various shops around my house and in my prefecture on Google Maps.
When I zoomed in on the map, I realized there are actually a lot of unknown shops in my neighborhood.
As I randomly looked at information about shops, including Western, Japanese, Chinese, and sweets, I found many images posted by the owners. Some of them even had beautifully edited, handmade videos, showing that they had taken MEO measures to the next level.
I came across a sweets shop that really made an impression on me!
The site was filled with photos of cute, delicious-looking Western-style pastries, and I was particularly captivated by the artistically icing cookies.
There were a wide variety of beautiful sweets images, and even a video of bridal sweets! I'm sure I'm not the only one who immediately wanted to visit this wonderful shop...
So, I was curious about the reviews of this shop, and they were very positive.
One comment read, "The store was filled with so many cute sweets that it was almost embarrassing for a man to enter, but my daughter, who went with me, had her eyes shining with delight."
You're right, it does seem like that kind of shop.
I sorted the reviews to see if there were any negative ones, and I found several.
After a quick look, I found that most of the negative reviews were complaints about the staff.
They said things like, "There was no explanation of the stamp card," "They were unfriendly," "They were too chatty," etc.
And all of those reviews were responded to with polite apologies from the owner.
If the angry customers who left comments read these, I feel their anger would probably subside somewhat... MEO strategies are important after all.
I've never heard of this shop before, but I can somehow get a sense of its atmosphere.
In my previous blog, I wrote about "How to use Google Maps," and it got me thinking.
If someone considering applying for a part-time job were to check the shop's information on Google Maps...
Even if there were complaints in reviews, they might feel somewhat reassured if they saw that the owner was responding politely.
On the other hand, if complaints about the staff's behavior were ignored and there were no photos posted by the owner, they might feel uneasy and not choose the shop as a place to apply.
When you think about it like this, it seems that Google Maps does more than just help attract customers. Perhaps it could also help alleviate labor shortages.
..... MEO strategies are important after all!!
