I’m a Japanese Teacher with 35 Years of Company Experience — Here to Help You with Your Challenges! I have experience working in both the Research & Development and Human Resources & General Affairs departments at a chemical manufacturer. After leaving the company, I obtained certification as a registered Japanese language teacher and am now actively teaching Japanese. I provide practical lessons and advice for foreigners who wish to work in Japanese companies — including interview preparation, understanding Japanese corporate culture, customs, systems, and labor laws. I also support learners in improving their communication skills to help them succeed in a Japanese work environment. 化学メーカーにて、研究開発部門と人事総務部門を経験。退職後は、登録日本語教員の資格を取得し、現在日本語教師として稼働中。日本の会社で働きたい外国人の面接アドバイス、日本の企業文化、習慣や様々な制度、法律に関する実践講座、コミュニケーションスキル向上のサポート等が可能。
