I have two years of experience assisting people in preparing for their job interviews as a volunteer, including non-native Japanese speakers! I have also helped foreigners get hired by large Japanese listed companies.
Presently, I work as an HR consultant so I am well accustomed to the job hunting process and the perspective of an HR representative in Japan.
Additionally, I was hired by Japanese mega-bank for my first job after a competitive recruiting process consisting of more than 10 interviews, which hopefully demonstrates my ability to navigate the interview process successfully.
I will help you to prepare for interviews in Japan, both in Japanese and English.
