SVNからgitへファイルを変換して保存する作業（リポジトリは１つだけ）

データを変換して保存する手前までをお願いしたいです。 GitHubなど業務で使っていますが、あまり使用経験長くありません。 SVNは使用経験ありません。 作業環境 ・PCはMAC ・ストレージに保存されていたファイルを使用 ・GituHub環境はすでに使用中 ・SVNサーバ環境は構築なし ・SVNはローカルにインストール済 作業手順 ・画面キャプチャなどをお見せしながら作業を手伝ってもらうことを希望します ・リモートで行うなど、他の方法も可能です うまく変換すると、ソースファイルが展開されるはずですが、 以下のエラーでどう進めれば良いのかわかっていません。 Auto packing the repository in background for optimum performance.
