Native Japanese graphic designer who able to speak English Job description - work with the team to produce web banners and emailers - localize design and match with the Japanese target audiences - make sure all visuals adhere to our brand guidelines - create visual/graphic for campaign/event - support content/visual for social media - Create a good, clean and intuitive graphic for each graphic - stay updated and research on current market trends (in Japan) on design Requirements - familiar with Figma and Adobe XD - knowledgable in Adobe Creative Cloud - good sense in typography, colour choice, layout - have ample knowledge about Japanese culture & what appeals to Japan - Ability to be flexible, adapt to quick changes & work under deadlines Bonus: - Candidate is native Japanese or currently living in Japan for a long period - knowledge in website & mobile app UI/UX
