it sounds like cleverness and somehow cunning.
聞こえは、「賢いさ」、どことなく「狡猾さ」も。

従業員を意図したとおりに働くよう、目を光らせておきなさい。

Decades ago, if my boss said it to me, I might go to grape a whip and keep my presence high-handedly 24h,365days without any second to loose it.
もし一昔前に、私の上司がその様な事を私に伝えたら、恐らく私は鞭を取り、２４時間 ３６５日、１秒も緩めることなく、威圧的な態度でいただろう。

But now a day, I have got to take another way for such an intention. Otherwise, I would go to jail.
しかし現在では,別の方法を取らなければならない。さもなければ刑務所いきだ。

I would probably be gently or kind to my employees.
恐らくわたしは物腰柔らかく、そして優しく彼らに接するだろう。

I think the most essential attribute for holding them following me can be to be attractive.
部下が私について来る様にするにあたり、最も必要不可欠な要素は、「魅力的」であることだ。

Keep yourself update every single day.
随時勉強を怠らない事。

Just imagine this story.
この話を思い浮かべてくれ。

You are one of the members of a big project, but it is way too complex that even intellectual can not predict what is happening.
あなたはある大きなプロジェクトの一員である。しかしそのプロジェクトはあまりにも複雑過ぎて、誰も何が起こるか分からない。

You are assigned as being in charge of the project .
あなたはそのプロジェクトの責任者として任命された。

However, you realize that nothing will work to done this project successfully.
しかし貴方は気づいていた。このプロジェクトを成功させる手段はないと。

So you set yourself off ordinary ideas and you make this bold, crazy and unconventional plan which everyone thinks it is impossible.
そしてあなたは常識から逸脱し、大胆で誰もが可怪しいと思うような奇抜な計画を立てた。

After months the members struggled to achieve the project under your plan , still it doesn't seem to kick in.
あなたの計画の下、メンバー達はプロジェクトの成功の為奮闘していたが、数ヶ月が過ぎても成功の兆しが見えてこない。

So All members gets skeptical to you.

彼らはあなたに対して、懐疑的になってきた。

In fact, more conflicts, more days passing.
事実、日を重ねるにつれ、争い事が増えてきた。

One day every member stands against you, they plan a strike.
ついに全てのメンバーがあなたに背いてしまった。そして彼らはストライキーの計画を経てる。

Just second before their strike breaks out, something revolutionary happens in the world.
ストライキーが起きるさなか、世界で革新的な事が起きる。

With no hesitation, you activate your secret project.
あなたは躊躇なく、秘密のプロジェクトを実行させる。

Astonishingly ,everything that the members has done so far  perfectly starts to work.
驚くことに、今までメンバーがやってきた事の全てがうまく行き始めた。

Every cogwheel is synchronizingly running around.
全ての歯車が噛合、そして回った。

At last, the big project successfully has came to its credit, and gives the members happiness.
ついにプロジェクトの幕が閉じ、メンバーは幸せを得た。

Not so fast, there is more.
しかしプロジェクトが齎したのは,それだけではなかった。

Every Single people all over the world gets happiness.
世界中の人々にも幸せが齎せた。

Then you say " the project has turned out just as my intended.'
そしてあなたはこう言うのです。「すぺては計算どおりだ。」
