中学3年から英語で本を読む「多読」という勉強方法、スピーキングとライティングは映画・ドラマ・SNSから独学をし、ロンドン留学経験を経て、母国語レベルの英語話者に。以下の資格を取得しています。 昔から本・映画が大好きなため、機械的な直訳ではなく意味に忠実な翻訳することを心掛けています。宜しくお願いいたします :) I have 5 + years of experience as a freelance translator/interpreter (English - Japanese, vice versa), having built a solid client base off of Coconala. To date, I have worked with more than 500 clients on the platform (individuals, SMEs to major corporations) and these days I mainly do commission works referred to by previous clients and word of mouth. I take in pride in my skill to tailor wordings to a specific context, carefully taking into account the cultural, political and social background where said work is to be published. I believe I was able to cultivate this skill owning to my being a self-taught English speaker of 15 years, learning through books, films and engaging with pop cultures (still continuing).
