It's very cold this morning.
I walked outside, but my hands felt freezing cold and I think winter is coming.

Yesterday, the "No maps" event started in Sapporo.
It was held last year and I participated in it.
There will be sessions on the future in various fields.
At the opening session yesterday, Taiwan's Minister of Digital Affairs, Audrey Tan, participated.
He talked for about an hour on Taiwan's digitalization, the future of Taiwan, Hokkaido, and the youth.
One thing that particularly impressed me was his talk on digitalization in Taiwan.
How to build the environment from the rural areas first, and finally develop the metropolitan area.
The idea was to avoid the problem of regional disparities.
I think this is exactly the same for Japan.
While the 5G environment is advancing, it's still being developed from Tokyo and Osaka.
We believe that we should start with primary industries such as agriculture and fisheries.
