著作権に関して
告知デザイン・イラスト
各権利について当サービスは以下のように定めております。
【サービス購入時に譲渡される権利】
◎複製権(21条)・展示権(25条)
・著作物を印刷、写真、複写、録音、録画などの方法によって有形的に再製する権利
・美術の著作物と未発行の写真の著作物の原作品を公に展示する権利
モデル・イラストを使用した配信活動やその他公に展示することを許可いたします。
◎翻訳権・翻案権(27条)・二次的著作物の利用権(28条)の一部
・著作物を翻訳、編曲、変形、翻案等する権利（二次的著作物を創作する権利)
・自分の著作物を原作品とする二次的著作物を利用（上記の各権利に係る行為）することについて、二次的著作物の著作権者が持つものと同じ権利
デザインをもとにしたグッズの制作、イラスト制作を許可いたします。
【著作権譲渡購入によって譲渡される権利】
◎翻訳権・翻案権(27条)の一部・二次的著作物の利用権(28条)の一部
制作者以外によるメインデザインの改変、モデリングを許可いたします。
【譲渡を一切行わない権利】
◎譲渡権・貸与権（26条の2、26条の3）
著作物の原作品又は複製物を公衆へ譲渡する権利
著作物の複製物を公衆へ貸与する権利
著作物の第三者への譲渡・貸与は許可いたしません。(所属の活動者に対する場合は除く)
著作物自体の販売はいかなる場合でも許可いたしません。
【その他補足】
1.著作権を譲渡したとしてもこちらの制作分の実績は非公開になりませんのでご了承ください。
2.改変後であっても自作発言等はご遠慮ください。
3.デザイン自体の権利は放棄いたしません。転生時など他キャラクターへのデザイン流用等はご遠慮ください。
【著作人格権の行使について】
基本的に著作人格権の行使はいたしません。
しかし以下の場合はその限りではないものとします。
・悪意のある改変
・別キャラクターへのデザイン流用
・その他こちらに害があると判断した場合

The following is a list of the rights that may be transferred when you purchase the service.
Rights to be transferred upon purchase of the service
Reproduction right (Article 21) and exhibition right (Article 25)
The right to reproduce a work in tangible form by means of printing, photography, photocopying, sound recording, video recording, etc.
The right to publicly display original works of art and unpublished photographic works.
Permission will be granted for distribution activities using the model/illustration and other public displays.
◎The right to translate and adapt (Article 27) and part of the right to use derivative works (Article 28)
The right to translate, arrange, transform, adapt, etc. a work (the right to create a derivative work).
The same rights that the copyright holder of the derivative work has to use the derivative work of his work as the original work (acts pertaining to each of the above rights).
Permission is granted for the production of goods based on the design, the production of illustrations, etc.
Rights transferred by copyright transfer purchase
Translation rights, part of the adaptation rights (Article 27), and part of the rights to use derivative works (Article 28)
Modification of the main design and modeling by anyone other than the creator is permitted.
【Rights not to transfer copyrights
◎Rights to transfer and lend (Articles 26-2 and 26-3)
The right to transfer an original work or a copy of a copyrighted work to the public.
Right to lend a copy of a work to the public.
Transfer or lending of a copyrighted work to a third party is not permitted. (except to your own staff).
The sale of the work itself is not permitted under any circumstances.
Other supplementary information
Please note that even if you transfer the copyright, the results of your work will not be made public.
Please refrain from making remarks about your own work, even if it has been modified.
We will not give up the rights to the design itself. Please refrain from using the design for other characters, such as when you are reincarnated.
Exercise of moral rights
Basically, we will not exercise our moral rights.
However, this does not apply to the following cases.
Malicious alteration of the design
Diversion of the design to another character
If we judge that there is any other harm to us.
