Looking someone to open up?

This phone service is for someone who is now living in Japan suffering from mental issues or illnesses and has nowhere to open up your problems and sufferings. I had the same experience when I lived in Australia. I know there are mental health clinic in where some doctors are available in English,however they are not fluent enough nor have enough time to dedicate themselves into solving your problems together. Me myself was one of the patient of mental health clinic for over a decade, I know how they are like through my own experiences. Even for the locals,it is extremely difficult to find the very doctor and counselor. Also difficult to describe and express your situation or problems the way you feel. In spite of the fact that it's all about myself,often times it is hard to find the very words or expression in my native language. If you are looking for a place where you can put your emotions or sufferings into words, and reflecting on your days I am here for you.
