・I will not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of the delivered text. I do not recommend that you submit or publish my writing as is.

・If we do not hear from you after the delivery, or if we do not hear from you after the delivery for more than 24 hours (more than 6 hours if you have already read the message), we will consider the delivery to be completed and automatically close.

In the case of a cancellation for the convenience of the customer, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged from the point of purchase.

・You must comply with all requests from the seller regarding questions, requests for information and deadlines. In the event that you fail to do so, you will be liable for all costs incurred.

・In the event of the cancellation of the service due to force majeure, a refund equal to the purchase price will be made. In the event that the service is cancelled due to force majeure, the customer will be refunded the same amount as the purchase price. The company will not be held liable for any further damage caused by the cancellation.

・If you wish to make any changes to your document after it has been delivered, we will do so free of charge, provided that the changes do not exceed 20% of the total (based on the number of words, figures and tables are converted to 200 words). Any further amendments will incur an additional charge depending on the volume of work.

・We recommend that you inform us of any requests for text in advance. If you make additional requests later, you may be charged extra or we may not be able to respond to your request.

・Please note that we are unable to respond to any of the above requests if they are abstract (e.g. cheerful, fun, heartfelt, touching, etc.). We will not be able to respond to abstract requests.

・By purchasing our services, you agree that you will not be liable for any damages, claims or downgrades.
